Which sign-in should I use?

Guardian: request an email link below. After athlete handoff, sign in again to return to guardian controls.

Athlete: use the one-time code your guardian creates for you. A code does not give guardian access.

Use an email address connected to this private family workspace.

Athlete access code

Ask your guardian to sign in, choose your player profile, and create a new code. Codes work once and expire after 15 minutes. A replacement cancels the earlier unused code.

Trouble signing in or returning to setup?
  • Check the connected email address and its junk folder. Open the link in the browser where you want to use the app; do not forward it.
  • If a link or code says expired or already used, request a fresh one. Do not reuse the old one.
  • On a new phone, a guardian can sign in and choose the same athlete to resume saved setup. Clearing cookies does not erase saved answers.
  • An unrecognized email cannot create an account here. Use the previously configured guardian address or ask the person who set up this private workspace to check it.
